Hello! My name is Helen. After years of trying every diet under the sun I finally seem to have stumbled onto something that is actually starting to work, the Ketogenic diet. As a textbook nerd and girly-girl it took me a long time to give up all the conventional things modern science teaches about nutrition and embrace this diet of bodybuilders. I had a lot of mental hang ups that kept me from trying a low carb high fat diet but I’m finding ways to make it fit me. I’ve started and seen great results a few times but stopped for different reasons. I’m hoping to break that habit and find a sustainable way of living this lifestyle.
